We constructed this Granny Flat in Sylvania for our client’s elderly father. The kitchen layout opens the entire living area and with the inclusion of a European style laundry accessed from the bathroom provides convenience and functionality. This Granny Flat also has a modern roof and modern cladding it has been a very popular design throughout the Northern Beaches.
